They installed the Mahlo Orthopac RVMC-15, a smart weft straightener that fixes fabric distortions, making sure the fabric is perfectly aligned right from the start of the finishing process. This technology helps Knitex produce flawless fabrics, reduces waste, and improves overall efficiency in their manufacturing operations.

Knitex, founded in the late 2000s, is now one of Bangladesh's top vertical knit manufacturers with facilities in Gazipur and Tangail. Their entire textile processfrom knitting to garmentingis vertically integrated, which helps them maintain high standards of quality, quick production timelines, and strong sustainability practices. Employing over 2,500 people, Knitex serves many international customers and processes substantial fabric volumes daily.
